Dos Hermanas’ Fair is an enormous tented city in which the entirety of Dos Hermanas camps for four days in more than one hundred striped “casetas” (party tents), endless strings of multicolored paper lanterns and brilliant lights hang amid a cacophony of live flamenco groups singing passionate local folk music (flamenco) accompanied by guitars, castanets and wooden boxes for beating the rhythm. Every year INTEROLIVA hosts a “caseta” for all its employees and their families where amazing costumes, dancing, traditional food, flamenco music, and horse carriages parading around the fairground from midday until the evening – are all ingredients for having a great time at this traditional Dos Hermanas Fair.
